GRATITUDE
Heavy word isn't it? We always think to ourselves that of course we are grateful and of course our lives could be different, in either a positive or negative way, but do we actually reflect on what we are grateful for? Easier said than done for mothers/fathers who are merely trying to get out of the door in the morning, trying to maximize their time at home or work, trying to cook dinner and spend valuable time with family all to just lay down in bed at night and totally pass out without thinking!
Let alone even think about what to be grateful for during the chaos!
So a challenge: I will write in a "gratitude journal". At least 3 things per day for one month.
I promise to share those things for which I have found myself to be grateful.
Want to join? Get an inexpensive journal that is visually appealing to you and start writing! (great finds at the local dollar store or even our local Michael's is having a great end of year sale now) Would love to hear what others are grateful for over the next month. Can only help all of us, right?
